Gary met Tito at a charity function supporting ‘Rehab’ in Miami, FL through the Hutchins Guitars Puerto Rico agent, Camille. Gary had donated some guitars to the music department of the centre set up to support youth who are struggling with addiction. Tito, also a supporter of ‘Rehab’ was at the presentation event. After seeing the guitars at the centre Tito wanted a Beachcomber bass for his bass player.
